Virtual Christmas Event 2020

Santas Grotto 2020.jpg

A creative and huge production set for your virtual Christmas party- including real log fires and 2 Christmas trees- one made from 400 bottles of Jagermeister and another made from 40 TV’s with Zoom channels buzzing around it.

Your team are given website login details which takes them to your Christmas Zoom channel which kicks things off. The intro video seamlessly moves into the live event which is live edited on our production desk and uses multiple cameras. We greet you at the front door with our host and our Executive Chef, Theo Michaels. And once we move onto dinner/ lunch in the Manor, guests are then asked to take their seats which is done over the Remo platform (the part of the event that Theo introduced in the video above).

We are offering 2 versions of your virtual Christmas event - one with shipped boxes, including lots of extras to add to your big party experience and an option for a completely digital version (with no shipped boxes).

All Christmas guests receive a Christmas companion book- either as a glossy book in their boxes or as a pdf for digital only customers. The book contains lots of information, games and creative touches.

So configure the elements of your party based on the contents of your boxes and delivered by our (socially distanced) team on the ground, ending with a big cook-along of your Christmas dish. We will then leave you virtually to it for as long as you need. So all the elements of an exclusive hire event with food, drink, fun and socialising are in play, just experienced remotely in 2020.

It’s an exclusive event that's inclusive in nature that takes into consideration team members with no access to a kitchen or oven, non-drinkers and special dietary requirements.

And because we are sending out our couriered boxes you can even add a gift as part of our gift handling service.

Welcome to Party In A Pear Tree

Our special and secreted away space transformed for Christmas by Elsewhere - an exclusive hire event and a number of shared nights, running from 25th November to 21st December 2019.

Kick off the food with the beef and bloody-maryshots and the one-bite all day breakfast set on grass and replace your bog standard sit-down dinner with the ultra-violet ice bar, a grazing table with gravy waterfall, giant turkey and circulating street food in Christmas present boxes.

Later on into the evening the turkey will arrive (to a fanfare and fireworks and your firms logo can be stencilled on the side!) Along with all the trimmings and the gravy waterfall, it’s a sight to behold. And for those with a sweet tooth we have the doughnut tree to deconstruct and a table of assorted desserts. There’s personalised crackers containing in-house jokes and fun gifts to use on the  dance floor.

Your Gin & Fever Tree will be deconstructed over the evening as your group enjoys the premium gins on offer. And the upside down trees either side of the bar really look the part. With a choice of 4 cocktails, beer and wine and premium spirits and mixers - we’ll be serving unlimited drink all-night (including the smoking negronis on arrival).

The bucket drummers will be entertaining you at the start of the evening with their bucket beats over the top of iconic anthems from the DJ.

Downstairs we have your very own ultraviolet ice bar containing the Vodka bar with gingered pear cocktail, ice balls from the 220 ice ball pyramid, ultraviolet art work, sushi from the LED serving trays and Interactive games - including (Grey) Goose hunters and UV vodka table football.

Upstairs we have the sparkling dancefloor, DJ and UV DJ booth where we will ensure that your favourite tracks are being played.

All inclusive alcohol and food until 11pm with party extensions up to 2AM.

A private festival in Hertfordshire

Beechfest Logo.png

This Summer we had the opportunity to produce a private festival in Hertfordshire for 200-250 people. The brief was to bring something really different to the party. After 50 years of big scale summer balls, it was time for a change

The idea of BeechFest was born. Capitalising on some pretty remarkable outdoor weather, we wanted to bring a proper outdoor event. One that really used the remarkable grounds and woodland and dispensed with the requirement of being in an indoors (yet outdoors) marquee for the duration.

We started the proceedings in the wood and built a gin bar and camp circle for the welcome drinks. A brilliant local company, Yerburgh’s Jam Jar Gin, supplied a case of their finest gin and with our very own woodland cocktail creations we were good to go.

We dropped in a 1950s Marconi TV (with personalised footage) and a Victorian lounge into the wood for effect. Even the trees had some great street art in gold frames to dress them.

After 8pm the guests were instructed by our bucket drummers to follow them to the party (a real pied piper moment). Following the trail through the woods revealed the main festival site.

With lots of games – we had golf shots, rifle shots and battle shots (yep, dispensing various types of shots), entertainment, amazing bars and some wonderful food stalls. Along with a great DJ and a great set list we had a big party ahead of us until 1am.

Enjoy the movie we made and let us know if we can help bring your team together in a surprising and creative fashion…..

Rothamsted Manor Party

Rothamsted Manor is Harpenden's best kept secret.

Which is pretty surprising given that it dates back to the 13th Century and has such a rich history. During WW2 it was used as a military listening post, sending messages across to Bletchley to be decoded and the dance floor has played host to Queen Victoria.

Parties at Rothamsted Manor are very special. We turn it into the biggest night and an incredible place to bring your group together.

With our illuminated dance floor, lighting, LED bars and production the place comes alive. Add in our great food offerings and you have a big night ahead. Rothamsted Manor, Harpenden - leave the golf clubs and rugby clubs behind and celebrate your special event in style.....

Unlocking Harpenden

On the back of some wonderful events at our magical, pop-up and never to be repeated mirage on the Wheathampstead Road - Lea Valley View, we're bringing the big Elsewhere experience to Harpenden.

Harpenden kids really know how to party.....and whilst we love our kids as much as the next person - we think it's time for the adults to get a look in :)

Christmas 2016

We've put up a selection of shots in the gallery from some of our Christmas parties.

From Gatsby to our Christmas Market - we put together parties that threw out the traditional sit down formats.

From Tipis in the countryside to central London.

Christmas trees made from 420 gin bottles and ones made from 250 martini glasses.

Parties that packed a punch and brought people together spectacularly this Christmas.
